Never read this novel, but it fit ur req.

Novel that ive read only put older lover interest as side heroine ( The World of Otome Games is Tough For Mobs) or long-lived like elf (Mushoku Tensei, some xuanhuan novels). Let me know if there are novels that put main herione as mature/older woman.

The ones I do recommend are Yankee Shota to Otaku Onee-san (even though it’s not going anywhere and licensed on Crunchy,) and Sensei wa Koi wo Oshierarenai.

 

Ah, dude. There is at one point this male nurse that straight up says even if she's in a relationship, he's okay with cucking the other guy chasing after her. And that thing stays with the manga all the way till the end. There is also the fact that, up until the very end, they never told anyone they were dating and in fact she went on dates with other guys, "because she couldn't say no".

Ew, it's baaaad man. Good thing you didn't read the sequel. Save yourself from that travesty.
