I don't know any to recommend, though I do know some CN novels with a sort of similar plot: Fast Wear: Male God Please Come Here (female lead is terminally ill and relies on the male lead and missions to survive. Bittersweet.) But I'm mainly replying cus I got curious about the manga but now it's 1 am and I'm gonna be up all night binging.
