Recommendations Looking for something like My Mister

    I'm looking for a novel/manhwa/manga or anything which is similar to the kdrama 'My Mister'

    The things that I'm looking for :-

    • A main character with personality similar to Park Dong Hoon or Lee Ji an.
    • Healing story...actually focusing on relationship and character growth.
    • Preferably about platonic love (though normal romance is fine as well.)
    • Preferably the original work being in either Korean or Japanese.
    • BG or GL (no BL)
    • All genres are fine.

    Nothing can compare to My Mister, but there was a series on Netflix titled 'Misaeng / Incomplete Life'. It's not a romance, but it has a similar feel and flow as My Mister, pervaded with the same wistful melancholy. Office drama. Great characters.

    I agree. I watched Misaeng years ago. My Mister has the same director. Both are character driven stories. In fact Misaeng is a better story imo
