I am looking for novel which have a story of any engineer who make some fantasy type machine. Any genere.
Got one with MC being some kind of engineer but her creations are not a huge focus, in fact it's only written as a after-thought in the later part of the novel just to make her life easy and there is near nothing at the beginning. Just wanted to share it even though it's not what you want: Lily Ex-machina.
Magi Craft Meister also makes other things like a pump for a well, and other things that better life for people Lazy Dungeon Master, has a lazy but smart guy who makes golems in various shapes, he even made a golem that works and looks like a calculator (cause he shaped it) there's a few decent stories I found on royalroad.com although I stopped reading from there since chapters didn't come out for my favorite stories as often as I liked, It's been years so the writer probably finished them (or maybe taken the story down but feel free to look for it anyway, It's probably still up since I can still see these chapters in my account I logged into) tec mage, was a good story about a guy in a game who found weird skills and used them to make things and weapons from real life in the game overseer, it might not be what your looking for but the MC does give his "people" info about things they couldn't think of themselves for 100s of years re:sword, is about a blacksmith who wanted to make a sword for the god of blacksmiths but spoiler spoiler he's a legendary sword now lady bunny, is another unconventional game story like tec mage
it looks like the "next chapter" button in the royalroad.com seems to take you to the forums of site now so you need to click the "next page" at the bottom of chapter, it's probably because royal road used to not have that button so creators had to manually put the button in their chapters
Nah. The next chapter buttons on RRL now work as they should. You might be seeing potential formatting leftovers from when the stories were forum-style threads.
