looking for something that have some kind of brotherhood, clan hood

like the MC will not abandon his/her partners and go into higher realm or something

or his/her clan is full of support for the MC and they grow together like Chronicles of primodial war
or the brotherhood of Dominion’s End

    something like that.

Cultivation,Adventure,Apocalypse any genre will do, just dont want to read a lonely MC with OP master/treasure

    World of Cultivation
It has a slow start, and the MC doesn't get to keep in contact with all the people from his sect, but loyalty to his friends and to his sect etc is basically the main theme for the series. Bonus points for the MC not always being the most powerful person on his group for big stretches of the story.

Way of Choices / Ze Tian Ji
The protagonist tries to enroll in school, but becomes the principal of a once-famous-but-ruined school. Also other stuff, but that's the most relevant part for this.

There's probably some stuff about military generals leading their troops. Haven't read any Asian novels like that, but A Practical Guide to Evil had that premise and it worked rather well. It's western fantasy web serial, so might not be quite what you're looking for, but whatever.

    A Practical Guide to Evil
A kingdom was overrun by villains. A young orphan sees her people's suffering, and decides to... join the Legion of Evil, to one day administrate the kingdom under the Dark Empress. She becomes an apprentice to a villain, and eventually does gather a group of minions / loyal soldiers.

Speaking of western fantasy, this is a bit more prevalent in the Western fantasy genre, I'd think. Family and clans aren't usually that big of a theme, but whenever they appear, they're often very much of the supportive sort. And the heroic party of adventurers is very much a group of friends. There's David Eddings, for example, his Elenium series (starting with The Diamond Throne) is all about a brotherhood of knights doing good for the church, the queen and the country, and with the support of all of them too for good measure.
