Hi. I feel that many xianxias have revenge quests or any sort of justification fueled actions that make them unbearable. And there is always a dystopian-like world that "force" them to go full retard at anything provoking them. I am not hoping for character growth, just something different than the usual rabid dog mc. I would appreciate any recommendations.

Alpha, beta and omega are 'personality types' its basically alphas are more aggressive leader type, omegas are passive and weak type and beta in the middle.

Opposite of alpha? I guess someone that can take a mental beating and just ignore it or move away. I am a bit tired of mc handling it with plot armor.
beta MC, expression to describe a japonese MC that never takes reponsibilty for action, desires etc. Based on wolf role in a pack, but used to denote someone who isn't alpha (a leader) when in reality it should be omega (weakest of the pack)
A better term IMO is 'wet doormat MC' because they are limp, moist and the other characters just walk all over them.
