when does the MC finally meet another Tarot Club member in person and when does he meet his siblings after he dies and starts his new life?
If I remembered correctly, the first Tarot Club member that he meets in person is Emilin since Klein met him before the latter joined. The only time he "meets" his "siblings" after his "death" is when he temporarily leaves Backlund to advance into puppeteer. (Before he creates the identity, Gehrman Sparrow.) He walks past them at the train station.
