    Hi, need some help
    Want to lose weight, but don't know where to start with training.:sick:
    have watched and read many different things about how one should go about it, any tips or anything at all that may help me. complete beginner here.
    :)

    Cut sugar from your diet, and if you can, carbohydrates. Your body will start burning fat instead.

    First and foremost. Check your intake and your activity level. You want to lose weight? It's as simple as taking in less than you burn.

    Now, if you want to get it shape, you need to combine the step above with a circuit of cardio and weight lifting. Start low, only what you can do. Build up to more and more and level it off when you feel comfortable. It's easy to start, but hard to maintain.


    ***EDIT***

    Ignore ANYONE who suggests cutting out specific foods or food groups. That is bad science and advice. Trim certain foods if you are overloading on calories, but never cut them out. Your body needs balance.

    You count all the calories of things you eat. then you limit how much calories you eat. (lost 23 kilos that way)

    Lift weights and don't eat very much.

    What you actually eat from a weightloss perspective doesnt matter. Only the number of calories.

    You can pm me if you want some more specific help. Was a fatty back in middleschool/freshman highschool.

    I would recommed swimming atleast 3-4 days a week. Swimming mostly uses various muscles, so if you want a balanced body look. Try swimming.

    100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10km run. Everyday.

    run for 30 min a day......doesn't matter if you run 5 min take break and run again 5 min....just make sure to run for 30 min, after that just make some muscle exercise every 2 day, and keep doing that for months......for diet just a balanced one will do there is no need to starve yourself, since will not help...

    go cold turkey on snacks

    you dont even have to necessarily eat healthily, just stop eating unnecessarily

    Some people are poor and can't afford food, they will never have weigth problem or diabetis problem

    Some people are lazy or don't know how to cook, they will never have weigth problem. (that's me)

    Stop going to McDonald's or Burger King, they have little essential nutrients, better go 5 portions veggies and 2 portions fruits a day! :)
