    I can't be entirely certain, but I know they have been removing many series, or parts of series that have been licensed or that they have received C&Ds for. Chances are, this is one of the ones affected. Your best bet would be to find a torrent site or an aggregate site that uses something like G-Drive to host their material. You will most likely find the older chapters/volumes there.
