So that's a yay, and FoL apparently modkills for angleshooting. Can't let the game be paused for too long too...

Tbf, modkill is usually reserved for serious situations... like remember that story I told you guys about Insaner and how amazing he was during the Open World game?

Guillo was debating whether to modkill him because he was angleshooting so much the info he got could become game-breaking

But otherwise... modkill or not is up to the host imo. It's usually a warning? Especially if it's not a major issue...? IDK

Basically, angleshooting is like breaking the rules, so punishment should be dealt according to whatever the standard for rule breaking is, I think~

 

Thanks for the input! Next time I'll put "no angleshooting of any kind (Psyx hates it)" in the rules and check the players' online status before starting the game...And also tinker with the warning point system. >.<

 

Angleshooting is always bad! I do think it might be helpful to give examples of what exactly is angleshooting and what is not for clarification beforehand, so less players will trip up on it.

Otherwise, everything else is good!

And -nod nod- Think no angle-shooting is on their sitewide rules, which we obviously don't have.

 

Personal opinion: Angleshooting breaks the game's sanctity. You can't simply use outside info like that.

That's an insta modkill in my view. Game actions shouldn't be using outside info to lead to their decision.

... On a side note, people can use PMs for more than just Mafia, geez.
