    I'm looking for a history about a magic continent, where the protagonist is a mage but i really want a history with focus in the fights without any kind of harem. Thank you! XD

    I know Mahouka isn't set in a magic continent, but the magic system is fairly complex? Has a harem vibe though..

    Close Combat Mage... but i dont know if its this type o mage that youre searching for... And sometimes it looks like will be harem but until now i didnt see anything concret... And it doesnt have genre(?) Harem on the page =P

    In my oppinion, Chinese novel ussually have worse explenations for their magic system..
