I think the only way for you to read ahead is to MTL the raws. It's not really recommended as the translations may be off the mark. But if you can't wait that much, go ahead.

Emergence is still tame in h-mangos+doujinshi world. The most you can feel is heartache so bad that it upsets your stomach.
