    I'm looking for a non-selfish MC from Earth, in another world. No need to be a Saint or Hero, but at least throughout the story, his actions would improve people's life. For example: invent modern household appliances; organize Police force; build Hospital; research Science/Magic, etc...

    I've seen a lot of people compare RTW with Throne of Magical Arcana, and ToMA is exactly what I wanted.
    The JP one... can't find it.

    Does Death March kara counts? Cause he does a lot of things to improve people's lives.
    As for the rest,I can't say much as the authors tend to skip the scene by just saying MC created this,it help people till the future,then move on towards the story

    It's not based on their internal situation, but rather how much they contribute to world regardless. Look through the site some more.
