So... I see that whenever we see an affectionate MC in Japan they would be either too dense or cowardly. While in Korean he either be overbearing or assisant (passive in romance) for FL. While in Chiness either too cringy or abusive. So I thought what if the story doesn't resolve around MC's love life but him supporting someone else's romance? For example, MC is butler who give advise to FL(the lady or princess he serves) how to chase her love interest while not having romantic feelings for her. Or they're simply childhood friend and he help FL in woowing his brother? Themes like this where MC's love life can be no-existant or maybe just a sub-plot!
