Hi, The MC is a noble's daughter, I think she was still a child when I stopped reading. The last scene i remember went like this: MC get kidnapped MC get tortured by the kidnapper While getting tortured,she cut herself off from reality because of the pain (become responseless, emotionless) MC get rescued (I don't remember the details) MC is restless since she can't go back to normal(still responseless) MC attempt to throw herself off the balcony (i dont remember her reasoning) but is stopped by brother/father/knight figure Mc start crying as she "wake up"

It's not this one, the scene i wrotz above lasted like 5 chapters out of a 60+ chapter count, i stopped reading after that part so i dont know if it the trauma had after effects on the main character I also dont remember if the MC went through reincarnation/time travel/transmigration or things like that
I remember reading that scene but i can't remember the story. "I belong to house Castiello" as Lizel said sounds plausible
