Recommendations Manga, novel, game etc. with yandere guy

    Male yanderes are my favorite fiction trope. Sue me.

    I'm open recommendations from almost any media, so long as there's a translation/in English. I'll also take drama CDs that are untranslated (but I've probably listened to them all already).

    The male yandere must have a good amount of screentime. Characters that are NOT motivated by love (or "love") are NOT yandere. Yangires aren't my thing. I don't like mindless violence. Characters with yandere-like/obsession traits are fine too.

    Well I don't know if anyone would sue you but the male yandere, much more likely to happen.

    near the end although he/they are present/mentioned in earlier chapters. They moved in the background from the very beginning. The manga ended. 14 chapters.


    Does Cephiro (magic knight rayearth) count as a yandere cause he did kidnap the princess and forsake their world for love of her.

    mostly they are the villains or main love rivals of the protagonist. Those that are not are shoujo/josei and otome .

    I can only think of BL sooo...
    • Free! dj - The Phone That Rings at 1am. The darkness of this dj is just perfect.
    • Madarame Hiro's works mostly have yandere seme. Particularly Shou-chan in the Akuma series (second among the Naruse brothers).
    • Ogawa Chise is another mangaka especializing in this. The one about two brothers and Caste Heaven goes on top of my list.
    • Brother x Brother. Relationship of three brothers, which may or may not involve their dead father.
    Novels (still BL):
    • Yesterday. I won't go into detail, but this has pretty much the most yandere male in this list.
    • Immoral Holidays by Feng Nong. Same author as Yesterday.
    Also, this is not a BL manga:
    • You Are My Captive. Main character has yandere potential.

    Two out of 6 end from Sweet Pool route are yandere end. Warning: gore, no good end, protagonist died at almost all end.

    I don't really keep track of yandere characters, but I know I come across them from time to time. Here are one's I think are yandere? At least I have seen them show traits of it.

    Manga ( ones I read and liked a fair bit? )

    - Dokuhime ( One of the brothers I think shows signs of it more so towards the end. But I think they all show some signs of being pretty psychotic. Pretty dark story and complete. I recommend it regardless though.)
    - Cheese in the Trap ( Main guy shows signs of it kind of. Good pacing though )

    You probably already checked out the drama cd yandere heaven.

    Also doing a quick google search I saw this site http://yanderemales.blogspot.com/
    Maybe have a look around? xD There are some games I could recommend, but I have only read up on most of them rather than actually playing. Though I remember seeing a lot of yanderes in those.

    Yeah... I just can't get over the whole meat monsters from the butt thing. Maybe on a day I'm bored...

    Yeah, I've already read those two and know about Yandere Heaven and that blog. I don't think either of those two manga/manhwa have a yandere, but they do have yandere-like traits. (My memory of Dokuhime is quite blurry though.)

    I love yandere males, but they are really hard to find compared to yandere females. I can recommend you a few novels that does have them if you want, but unfortunately they are not translated; (
