    Ahh..I know what you mean. I loved the story as well, but his obsession with Rachel tired me out. Stopped reading it after that boarding train competition arc when Bam ran into Rachel. I wanted to see Bam give Rachel a painful death, but I feel like the author isnt planning something like that.

    Id - The Greatest Fantasy Fusion ...Yes that's the actual title.

    It was a fun shonen-esque manwha (along with a novel that, chances are, will never be translated) that blended wuxia-like martial arts with high fantasy. It ran for roughly 170 chapters before the publisher went bankrupt, thus the author (novel + manhwa) and mangaka are...somewhere and there hasn't been any word since.

    Berserk definitely!
    Just after Griffith's rebirth from the Egg of the King, Kenta (the author) said something along the lines of: everything up to now was just the prologue...
    At this point, it's 30+ vols and 10yrs into the series.
    WTBlz Kenta...WTBlz!!??
    How am I supposed to enjoy reading it to the end if you pull this kinda shyt.
    Are you trying to pull a 'Guin Saga' on us!?

    Supposedly, One Piece will end in 2025.

    I'm guessing more around 2050 instead...

    Yeah that sucked. But them's the breaks. In my heart I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Maybe someone should tell him to continue it as a web novel.... haha:p

    Berserk for me. Author is like GRRM in releasing his books. I don't doubt he'll die pretty much the same as what happened to Guin Saga, Berserk's inspiration from.

    I had trouble following the fights in this manga, although i loved it the art was so detailed in just black and white that it made it hard to tell where id was, or the demon was in many situations. I would spend 5-6 minutes trying to understand before giving up trying to be sure. But even still i thought the premise and art was fantastic im quite saddened to hear somethign happened.

    Although this was so predictable to me, especially the males power i find it strangely attractive to read. Much like claymore was for me originally.

    Many of the readers are younger than the authors themselves for example moi so I can proudly say I wont die till they are all finished hehe~

    The question for most of those works is... what if the author dies before he finishes it...? :confused:

    This just reminded me of Kaze No Stigma, when that happened I was rather depressed as a reader...
    Though that may sound a little awkward to say (maybe), as a reader, when Yamato Takahiro passed away I felt like I lost an acquaintance. And then, I thought about the fact that I'll never see an end to his masterpiece of a story.
