    That's not quite right.

    After MC wins the Demon grandfather cuts ties with Xiao Moxian so her relationship doesn't effect the Saints and Monster/Demon Race relationship. The Demons and Monster race stays aligned with Saints.

    As Zephyr said they get somethings which can increase the chance of breaking to True God by 10% but in the end it isn't that useful.

    Human cultivation techniques from the past were lost during the war and one of the few places which has any left (God Clan Realm) is occupied by Saints - the 2 pieces Saint son has were both from this place.

    In the next arc where he goes to Spiritas realm he'll gain something which helps much more in breaking through to True God for one of the Empyreans.

    Check the above spoiler expaining Demon Race and Saint race but the tldr is Demon and Monster Race side with Saint race who are 10x stronger than Human race. Saint race have 3 True Gods vs 0 True Gods for humans. Saint Race have 1000+ Empyreans vs 150 Empyreans for humans. Many of the Saint race Empyreans are Peak Empyreans or half True Gods. Human race only has a handful of Peak Empyreans and One half True God Empyrean.

    You won't see them mentioned again so they're kinda anonymous and until the war ends they are still aligned with Saint race.

    Got a question, when does happen the reverse rape ? And by who ? By how late is the romance ? 1000 chapters ? Does the romance begin with the reverse rape ? That would be funny.
