ATG, doesn't really focus on it, at least not so far, but has one such skill which is quite strong, maybe one of his strongest skills at this moment, though he didn't really train in it, but gained it.
Douluo Dalu II probably has one of the best specialists in mental/soul attacks and control. His cultivation spirit is Spirit Eyes, after all. There's not many spoilers for Douluo Dalu if you skip the prologue and are careful around chapter 6 (skip the paragraphs following the description of the statues of the Shrek Academy founders all the way until you encounter Shrek Plaza).
Bringing Farm .....? Maybe,but till now just his undead who can use soul attack. Don't know in future if he can?
The fact that the MC gains such ability is a minor spoiler for the story hence... Spoiler: MC gets "soul ability" Mother of Learning I lied. Though there are soul attacks in the story... They're used more by the bad guys lol. He does specialize in mind magic though (not from the start). Even though they're clearly different within the story, I think his mind magic could be considered as "soul attack" as you're looking for. T'is a world with a very well developed magic system. The MC, a magic student, gets trapped in a time loop. He thus has more time to train, but, unfortunately, he doesn't have a very large innate mana pool. He then well... specializes in controlling very well the magic he can use. Later in the story, he discovers he has... "talent" for mind magic.
