I don't particularly care for realism, just if the feelings are sincere and there is little to no reciprocated romance unless it's a slow burn. Romantic tension is welcome, just because I think the quality of the novel can drop when they reciprocate (not all the time), doesn't mean I don't want some dog food. Found families, "platonic or bi-harems". ex.
