I am also a fan of this genre,can you leave some recommendation after u read mine. City of Sin starting Book 2 it has a lot of war and kingdom/army building. Tales of the Reincarnated Lord slow at first, skim through the first 40 chapters and get to the part where he gets recalled home. Oukoku e Tsuzuku Michi this is a bit wonky because it is a R18 with lots of sex but it has decent kingdom/army building and wars. The Grandmaster Strategist although this is chinese themed is really good. I recommend putting it on hiatus after the end of vol 3. I have a couple more but those are dropped or chinese. I wish you a good binge. I has changed at the current chapter he leads an army to fight, it will pick up pace after this I think due to him revealing his abilities and the Empire falling in dire straits.
It's start slow as 1st 200 chapters he find his followers.
