    How come? It isn't as if I have signed a contract or anything.
    Meh. I may as well get promoted by two ranks if it means my exit. (I think getting promoted by two ranks is a soldier talk for "that person died", but I am not certain.)

    This totally reminds me of: "Ignorant knave, you have yet to understand the true meaning of Dao! Spend more time pondering on the true meaning of a Dao's existence, and then, just maybe, you'll be able to see the glorious and resplendent truth."

    As for my answer; I have already "understood" the meaning of "everything", and that was when I was a kid. I may as well spend my time watching the skies and die because of heatstroke rather than using my brain cells to ponder about that what I have "understood" years ago.

    Huh? What are you talking about? First of all, I never protect my understanding. Second of all, the understanding is simply so that "everything has its end" understanding (because I suck at explaining things). If I were able to become physically stronger by "reaching enlightenment", then the press would have noticed that and cause an uproar.

    Those who claim to know the properties of everything are the most ignorant and misguided! Simply because you don't know of something eternal doesn't mean it doesn't exist! Nevertheless, to each their own understanding of Meido .... even if yours is flawed and misguided.
