I can be really scared/distrusting of men. Not necessarily on purpose/feminist way. It has more to do with my ocd. I've always had werid fears and overtime men have become one of my main ones. It's more of an irl fear, I don't get scared of them at all online. I feel sorta bad about this though, so I'm trying to work on it lol
- men shudnt be patronized for staring at cleavage or body parts when women wear clothing that brings that male gaze. I just never understood this and tbh even as a straight women I find myself staring just cuz it's flesh and its out in then open and idk - rapists and pedophiles instant death sentence once proven guilty no pardon no second chances -a lot of transgender women act like the caricatures of actual womeb
I used to think middle eastern folk are not as civilized but then I learned it's all Americans fault. They did have republics but then USA brought "freedom" and put dictators in place who would sell them oil and ruin their country.
We should have a boring and strict environment where everyone gets a job just after graduating. Our lives and future work are controlled by the environment. Basically, us having no freedom to choose what we want.
I want to see human&animal hybrids...others feel repulsive or down right unholy...but I feel "thrilled" I can't wait for the day genetics becomes capable of this feat....
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Northwoods i got a take close to that but also different from it I think the government should allow for all education to be free. Actual housing that anyone can access as long as they show that have a stable job and a way to track them in case they fuck something up in the house; people would have to pay at least 400$ a month as rent. There should be a cut down on how many cars people can own if the cars arent being used regularly.
I see marriage as this business transaction that one should only enter if they are prepared to make this person their permanent partner for life. I don't really think love is necessary in marriage, just that people should support each other emotionally/financially and be each other's back-up plan. It matters not if you're even attracted to the person you're married, if you two are able to support each other's livelihood and trust each other enough to leave a key to your home in their hands and call them when you get your car stolen, it should be fine. I don't know just how messed up that is but it should not be that unconventional. I think it's my parent's marriage that has affected my view on relationships. They don't seem in love but they sure are damn good partners. They are on a common ground with their careers and seem to be mutually benefiting from their arrangement. They look so not in love that I did a double take when my mom said that she loved my dad. It should not be that strange but it was the biggest shock I received that month. I can't even fathom the idea of my parents being romantically involved. Or even marriage itself involving romantic feelings. Maybe I can. But I still am under the impression that marriages aren't about love(?).
toxicity aside, gossiping is not necessarily bad...it lets people know what is not socially acceptable and forms a feeling of closeness within the gossip circle. toxic people are gonna be toxic tho and toxins should be expunged >_>
Lifeist. When you start working, you grab whatever you can and just ride it to the end. Very few people I know are in their "dream" job and even if they were, give them 2 years and their dream becomes a nightmare. Work sucks. "By the sweat of your brow you will eat your bread until you return to the ground."
Gender roles exist for a reason, and a society that denies gender roles is screwed up/twisted. (Example: women should learn to cook and clean)
The world is messed up. Climate change is another tool for the developed countries to keep the developing countries to be subservient to them. Those who don't have nuclear power plant are doomed to be dependent on those who have, because of those fucking carbon taxes. Not to mention those limitation will stiffle factories in the non-developed countries because of the emission. Climate change is inevitable, and it's all because of humanity's action. We are on the course for higher than 3 kelvin, and because of those CO2, our ocean life is dying. The debt keeps mounting, the nation's debt keep increasing. And it is our generation's task to pay for it. So many things that I've lost hope for. No one cares for the environment, except those who lives there. Then it's government's fault, why don't they stop it? The government is just another capitalist's puppet. Seeing documentaries about those affected areas and feel the hopelessness made me lose faith in humanity. The tech evolution made it so we're more efficient as a worker. more surveillance... the boss asks for the document to be completed yesterday. Where's work life balance!? It's tiring... so fucking tiring. Is it political? I don't care about politics. Capitalists, communists, I don't care. But please care about the environment... Plastics keep polluting the water. The coal is used for energy generation. The Vanuatu and other island nations face the threat of being erased off the map because of increasing sea levels. If people won't care now, when will they care? At this point, I just want to say, fuck it. Let's join them in destroying the world. I should just answer, you as a leader don't care back then, so why do you care about it now? I give up. It's new normal. Let's live along with covid, climate changes, long lasting drought, increasing sea levels, pollution that don't allow you to breathe in the city's air, etc. Next gen, good luck. You'll need it.
