Tho ML and MC got back together in the end, there's no NTR (as ML didn't really cheat, unlike other novels where third parties are involved [the reason for breakup] and immediate forgiveness that happened. ML repented for more than 10 years as he also watched MC live his life and find other new loves.) The Whole World is My Crematorium (I love the MC's sassiness.
