Someone NORMAL is enough. ...does NOT need to be super smart but atleast someone SENSIBLE. Best if both are at an equal footing. It's okay if they don't end up together as long as their story was beautiful.

Hm~ Count this as self-advertising (lol), but I'm Afraid I'm Now a Salted Fish? If you're okay with BL, that is. It's pretty short (not completed translated but raws are completed at 60 chapters). It's pretty light and fluffy, 1v1 sweet romance, modern and about the entertainment circle. MC is an actor and ML is a rich company boss.
Also, if you're looking for sweet romances, I would suggest looking at the novels on https://www.fuyuneko.org/. They translate a bunch of stories like Adopting and Raising the Male Lead and the Villain and My Wife is My Life!, which is when female MC transmigrates into a novel and then have a nice little romance story there. I really enjoyed them~ They were really sweet and cute. I'm not sure if they fit your "reality" requirement 100% though, b/c there's the transmigration/system element. A good grounded-in-reality romance is Rebirth on the Doors to the Civil Affairs Bureau. It's about life and it's modern and sweet (if you discount the occasional appearances of the exes). HE. This story has sensible characters. Other than the rebirth in the beginning, everything else could happen in reality.
