Its weird cuz I was reading the chapter1-2 and I have this thought that maybe the book Lottie read is just a fan fiction since there's this panel where the blue eyed silver haired girl said the she's not even being mistreated and abuse, but the maids only disregards her words... So I don't understand the rants as of the moment since I see Lottie as a 5 years old little girl, and the story is in her point of view. She's not a reincarnated or transmigrated person after all... For some reasons I might be wrong so correct me if I am. And based on the first two chapter I've read it doesn't look like the father is a scum at all...

I think that he seems to give her have more face than Lottie because from what we have seen, Lottie hides when his father looked at her way, but the girl looked for him when she was free and she doesn't care about living silently.
How far she could go, or where she could go? She needs food and even if they don't treat her the best, she at least has food and a roof. Nobody is going to give her a job or simply adopt her just because she wants to. It's not that easy to just run away

The book was not circulating in the kingdom, that was a visual of the event in the book that MC was reading. It happens in the "future"

Bad news, everyone. The novel's author chose not to continue publishing the novel but instead chose to focus on the developing of the manhua. Currently the raws are few and the translation is on par with the release of the manhua raws. We will most likely be moved to the discussion thread as there will not be any new chapters of the novel released. I guess we will all find out what happens next at the same time.
