Description:

A Watermill upgrade that uses the flow of the river to power a circular saw for mechanically cutting lumber.​

Functions:

> Gives 100 Gold per month and 1000 Gold on completion.
> Enables the Shop to sell Wood for 5 G and buy Wood for 4 G.
> Holds 5 workers.​

Materials:

x10 Wood
x10 Stone
x5 Metal Scrap
x1 Watermill​

Construction:

> Forge a circular saw sharp and large enough to cut lumber.
> Attach the saw to the mechanism already built inside the Watermill.
> Having already built a Watermill, prepare the area for expansion.
> Take apart the wooden walls perpendicular to the saw and the river to allow lumber to pass through.
> Place Stone foundations, extending the existing foundation on both sides parallel to the river.
> Build the extensions(roofing) of the building atop the foundation, these will serve as the entrance and exit of the lumber.
> Place wooden platforms extending from the entrance passing though the mechanical saw and to the exit of the sawmill, serving as pathway for the lumber.
> Place a horizontal plane at the entrance of the mill for ease of access.
> Create a holding box at the mouth of the exit where processed lumber will be caught and held before being sold as Wood.

Description:

A simple Tower made of Stone and Wood to defend the city, can be later upgraded to further increase defensive functionality.​

Functions:

> Gives 50 G upon completion.
> Can be upgraded to different types of towers in the City Defenses.
> Can house 5 soldiers.

Materials:

x20 Wood
x20 Stone

Construction:

> Clear and dig up the area to lay in the stone foundations.
> Construct the Wooden frame for the lower part of the tower, consisting of 2 floors.
> Use Stones for the walls and the pillars supporting the tower.
> Use Wood for the 2nd flooring and stairs.
> Build wooden frame for the keep, the upper part of the tower consisting of 2 more floors.
> Use wood to make extended flooring for the 3rd floor supported by wooden beams
> The extended flooring will be machicolated to enable soldiers to shoot below the tower.
> The 4th flooring is kept in line with the lower floors.
> Wooden walls will be used for the upper floors to keep the structure stable.
> Windows on every wall to guard the tower in all directions.
> Finish the tower with wooden shingles for the roof.

> Install wooden stairs to connect to the next floor.
> Construct the Wooden frame for the 2nd floor jettying out.
> Install the chimney.
> Build Wooden flooring, walls and windows for the 2nd floor.
> Install wooden shingles for the roof.
