Calling all fitness gurus! I kindly request for a set of exercises that can help me get a fit body. One that can be finished in about 15 minutes.

100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, 10km run. The 1st 3 you can do in 15 mins... Do it everyday then you will see great results!
Although short can give you result over time, 15 minutes is too short in my opinion. Why? Because you also need to stretch before the exercise and after in order to avoid injuries, my friend. He is not one punch man I think. On YouTube you can find videos with such trainings. I myself would recommend a 5 minute stretching exercise and combine it with another 10 minute exercise videos and switch them around
Since it is morning most of us are in the condition to exercise our hands and lower body ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).
I might not be the most qualified person, but by doing only this your body might eventually become quite imbalanced. For example, in my opinion, this session does not work out your back and the side muscles next to your abdomen (not sure how to call them). edit: if you wanna lose weight, then probably, cardio might be the best.
So far, I've been just doing push ups till I get tired then change into a new exercise and I repeat this for 15min. I know I'm doing it wrong since I've been aching all over and not the normal muscle aches since I became feverish the next day. An beginner's course would be appreciated. I've been looking up on the net for some sets to follow but I need some opinions on them.
15 min isn't enough to get healthy or gain muscle. If you only do 15 min explosive exercises without stretch or rest you'll hurt your body instead. If you still want to do a short workout, I used the female fitness- woman workout app to start working out. Though I recommend going to the gym or go swimming instead. I'm not fan of at home training since a lot of home exercises need a good posture and I learned the right posture at the gym.
