So many arrogant CN MCs to choose from, but the 1st to come to mind is Xiao Yan from BTTH. He's especially galling because he acts arrogant even before he gets his cheat. I actually found myself sympathizing with his bullies more than him.

I know but, I wanted to suggest something milder rather than those in cultivation novels and rebirth and such (you know, brutality and such shouldn't be always included, I am just recommending good pure arrogance, nothing more and nothing less )

Mate, I get it CN=arrogance and in this context arrogance includes cunning MC and sometimes brutal, rythless, etc...
But I just suggested an arrogant MC with just pure arrogance which is a rare thing for a JP novel to have an arrogant MC therefore I suggested that MC, I could have suggested that one(emperor's domination) or 'A Will Eternal' or 'Against the Gods' or 'Dragon-Marked War God' or something else more oriented to that kind of arrogance but this was about arrogance thus a mild novel.
