Could be any type of movie, from atreyu's horse death to the spine tingling puppet scene in nightmare on elm street.

Kill Bill Volume 1 when it showed O-Ren Ishii's background and the death of her parents... I got nightmares about my family dying brutally and all that... nothing cool like getting revenge either, just scared.

Arachnophobia. The movie literally gave me arachnophobia. Honestly I'm more terrified of being poisoned than I am of spiders themselves. But there's little difference in that movie.

Pan's Labyrinth. My mother thought it would be amusing to take me to watch it when I was 6. It was not amusing.

Well, i firgot about movie.... There sure were many but the worst was a H-material.
Yup, in my adulthood i used to onoy know prn when my friend first showed me h material, i tried browsing for more.

I saw some girl and guy in mansion finds severed dog head jn fridge torturred, NTRoy materials, and girls lined up in circles connected with pipes mouth to arse made to drink ugghh..

That was the time i was deeply wounded and got severe trauma due to h materials and never touched them again.

This is easy, any horror movie, fiction or live action. Especially that fuck'en Grudge, but then I watched the JP version, and once I understood the context on how the curse works. My fears subsided and lessened, but still creepy if not outright terrifying, and reading Terror Infinity Grudge Volume did not help at all.

I was born in '84, so "Edward Scissorhands" and "Beetlejuice" where both traumatic. Also "Bambi." Any parent that thinks a movie that includes a mother dying is appropriate for a five year old is sadistic.

Edit: Almost forgot "Jurassic Park," I was a little older then, but still noped right out of that theater.
