Spoiler They enter the Demon God's Palace around chapter ch.450. Achieves Xiantian around ch.502 and kills Qingshu/3rd elder/Mu Chihuo at ch.504 than kill's off Thundercrest Sect sovereign at ch.506-507 Arc ends at ch.509.

He does marry Mu Qianyu. Yes he goes back and gets the qualifications for the king level trial and the trial takes him trough a transmission to a Ancient Phoenix City where there are a bunch of ancient phoenix bloodline younger generation and he takes the trial with them.
