I don't remember. But they were looking for him to have a permission to keep Yao Yao's boyfriend in her world.
Oh wow. I totally wasn’t following it. I stopped at the part where that girl whose body Yao Yao is possessing die and the guy that likes her turn into a demon. It’s so sad I wasn’t able to continue on.
Earth realm manager. He's tough on everybody but ooey gooey for the roommate. >< He refuses to let Yao Yao get "visas" or "passes" without the proper documentation. It has to be correctly filled, down to dotting the i's and crossing the t's otherwise, no! Back of the line! But the roommate merely had to say, "Give Yao Yao three passes," and he was like, "Okay."
I grinned at the housemate's reaction (aka Guoguo's) when Yao Yao said she needed visas for 'two' people. Both men. Guoguo was like: 'Yao yao, what the--?' Before Yao Yao hurriedly clarified that it was one for her boyfriend and one for little brother Yue Ying And it was Yao Yao's world earth manager who actually recommended Yao Yao to Realmspirit to fix the bugs in the first place. Although the said-manager (who is some sort of mermaid btw, according to Guoguo) neither denied nor confirmed it (but it seemed obvious). Not clearly stated in the chapter, but I suspected that the manager's reason to send Yao Yao to realmspirit was likely so he could get close to her housemate smoothly lol. They did end up together though..
At least that manager was more civil with removing the side characters than the seniors from Cultivation Chat group. (Like when spirit butterfly decided to send away the teachers so that the MC would show her the way.)
Also i had pretty bad experience with "A Slight Smile is Very Charming" drama adaption. Drama was good, but watching it after novel was bad idea
I just treat like an apples and oranges argument and treat it as a totally different animal. Also, there aren't alot of great c-dramas. I mean I loved "10 miles peach blossom," but "A Slight Smile" was the kinda thing you just play in the background and be like "ehhh.. your cute so i'll keep you around for a bit"
I watched eps 1.... its not good.... i mean... i can relate why they had to change the plot.... but they could have still done close to the plot, just remove the death and so on Another thing.... they all look like dolls XD
Why must they butcher pure comedy gold? Couldn’t they get the same company who’s doing mo dao zu shi to do a donghua adaptation? I mean - look at it. The art direction, the animation, the music, the color palette, and whatever else is there.
