Well if IRAS (I Really Am A Superstar) can get taken down 4-5 times before finally kicking the bucket past Chapter 1600 (mainly due to plagiarism of songs/movies/etc), I'm assuming this should be a temporary blip for Horror House. From IRAS experience, the first few takedowns are usually done as a warning. But it does mean that even if the novel resumes, the content could be significantly restricted =( i.e. author may have to do the Inception route, where everything is a dream, nothing is "real".
