But I think she did favour myrcella the most. She was really devastated she died because she was everything good that Cersei herself wasnt, despite being an incest baby of her and one hand

 

Oh yeah it does, my grandmother on my mom's side shows favouritism for her sons even till now in this day and age. But then again she's around 80, it wasn't an uncommon mindset for people her generation back then.

Yeah the author really just put that out there without any explanation whatsoever but since this is still ongoing maybe the author will eventually cover that unexplained plot hole? that's what I'm hoping for anyway

I haven't read any mentions of MC having any other sibling and I'm not even sure if the mother gets mentioned either other than when she flashbacks about her parents favouring the sister over her. ...er actually don't quote me on the mother bit, I plowed through 60 chapters straight of mtl so I can't be certain. But since my impression of the mother in the novel feels thinner than air to me that's probably the case?

So, it's still ongoing. Is there a reason antagonists in villainous noble girl stories have pink hair(like the younger sister in this case) ?

I feel the same way, but personally, I'd think it'd be different if the antagonist was evil just because BUT they were also completely shameless about it & absolutely hammed it up or took great joy in being evil - like Maleficent or Jafar (the original animated versions). In that case, the lack of depth can be excused because the character's entertainment value relies on their lack of depth & humanity.

The "evil just because" antags in j/c-novels all tend to be hypocritical or self-righteous & that not only gets exhausting super quickly but it's also incredibly unsatisfying when the protagonists don't do SHIT about them & properly get revenge by destroying the antags. The "MC & M/FL are too good to stoop to revenge/torture" doesn't work right if so much of writing is dedicated to showing just HOW infuriating & obnoxious the antagonists are & how badly they've screwed over the protags.

Because it's a heroine/protag color. Red ranger is always the leader, Pink Magical Girl is always the leader or heart of the team.

 

So what is the ending of this novel?

Me either. I mean, the combination of names is good but I cannot imagine them as names for characters., let alone people.

I recalled in the books she loved her oldest son the most and after his death she moved her obsession towards the second son...
It was like she could only love (focus) one at the time.
