Hmmm good question. It primarily depends on their intelligence If humanity ever arrived at a future where we could freely play as god the creators (the humans of course) would make their creations (cat girls and such) with restricted intelligence we wouldn't want our creations to overthrow their creators and the problems that would follow for creating such beings. Let's say our scientist would give them the intelligence of a dog. You give them home, shelter, food, medical needs, train them & affection = a perfect loyal humanoid pet. As for making them the norm and socially acceptable well now... That would be the problem for the possible future not mine.
I expected something more bleak but uncomplicated given the whole Covid-19 situation but I think people overestimate technology and the theory of evolution. Things like hive mind are more of a regression than a progression. We are higher level beings than bees or ants. Cheers!
