I am reading Bumpy Road of Marriage: Divorce Now, Daddy. In the novel there are 3 girls named: Ye YuWei Yu YuSha Ye YuYan (changed to Bai Yuyan after her parents were found, and she left the orphanage) Do all of these "Yu"s mean the same name? Yuwei, Yusha, Yuyan. I know in Divine Doctor Daughter of the 1st Wife the left and right official were both named Feng, but they had different meanings. So, in China they could tell who was who, but they had to change the right officials name so Americans wouldn't get confused to who the author was having speak.
You can only tell if you look at the Chinese word. For example, the Yu ( 雨 ) for rain and Yu (玉) for jade are both written as Yu in English.
Yeah, not the best title out there, but not the weirdest. I always thought Perfect Secret Love: Bad New Wife is a Little Sweet, was a tongue twister.
Thank you! Such beautiful names. Oooh, that's why there was a play on words in the book about rain. I get it now.
