The target is trapped in an illusionary world surrounded by 1000-armed buddha statues They are asked to repent, surrender or acknowledge their mistake. To refuse causes them to be endlessly attacked by the statues until they concede

They won't die, think of the attack as targeting the spirit or soul instead of the physical body

 

They don't die ? What's the minimum standard they stop beating the target victim ? Were the values adjustable by it's user ?

 

The attack doesnt stop until the target repents or the user decides too stop it. But for every hit the the victims spirit is exhaused and soul shaken

 

It's automatically connected to target mind state ? Or something more abstract like sins and punishment ?

 

Either their karma or the crime the user accuses the target of are used to judge the victim
Mind state is a good word as well, if their mind could no longer endure the punishment the target would probably fall into a coma
