    Her birthday is coming up, I want to get her something nice. Well,, she will prefer a grandkid, she isnt exactly in her 30s.

    Since she is getting older, she has had to deal to with pain.

    Just go to a fancy restaurant that she likes and treat her there. Mcdonald's isnt a fancy restaurant btw.

    Well, sadly she is very old school. All I can say with clarify is that she isnt a fan of make up.
    Doesn't really watch dramas either.
    I am asking for suggestions, maybe you can inspire me.

    Get her consumables or an experience. For example a gift certificate for a spa, or a hot air balloon flight. That way you know its something she doesn't already have.
