    used ocr online and turned it into text "别被我逮住嗽", and according to gt it's "Don't get me caught"
    but the last character is wrong....so not sure

    I think it literally says "Don't get caught by me", though I guess it would be said more like "Don't let me catch you" in English.

    No idea about the 嗽

    Also maybe it's some kind of meme or reference or whatever and disclaimer... I know very little chinese.

    It's actually 嗷 and it's a character that people sometimes add to Chinese memes. As with most memes, there's not much meaning to it.
