Hello, I found a particular Chinese term which I understand the meaning but I just can't conjure up a right English term for it. It's this one: 补刀王 It supposed to be a title for someone who always answer or reply in a conversation unconventionally. Sometimes, it is meant as a joke. Sometimes, it is meant to clash in a dispute. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Someone who's witty / a witty conversationalist / a wit Someone who's quick to come up with a riposte / witty retort Someone who's got a sharp tongue / someone with a silver tongue / silver-tongued
Thank you everyone for the suggestions. I guess I will go with the sharp tongue since most of her words just kept stabbing him hard until he was fuming yet he could not reply.
It basically means a guy who adds the final blow after everyone else does the work. So like... "Kill Steal King" (Game terms), "Follow Up King" (conversational), or "Bastard King" (personality wise).
