Discussion Need help regarding some people who drunk in my workplace.

I'm working in a internet cafe, every night there's some people who come here bringing alcohol and woman along. they always have at least 5 or more people come to drink.
One day my boss come at night and see them drinking and make the place messy. he told me, to told them to not drink alcohol here because he's worried about police who, often, will come and inspect the place.
I do, have told them to not come here bringing alcohol again, but they always come again bringing alcohol.
and after the first time i talk to them they always ignore it or talk back to me like they want a fight.
i'm alone by the way, there's no way i can win againts them.
they come here to play an online casino, always have a debt when they lose, make the place messy and never even throw the trash into a trashbin that we have prepared.
every week when im deposit the money to my boss, it always and always less than the cafe's income.
im at loss. they just ignore what i say.
so did you have a solution for this?

Tell your boss that if he wants them to stop is either:

1. Get a Guard or
2. Tell them himself
3. Or close during the night

 

Also u can use a taser and rekt them and claim it to self defense

 

Im a bartender and I work by myself. You just have to get in there and confiscate the alcohol, and dont be afraid (if you are, put on your best facade and act like your not). Confidence is key when dealing with drunk people.

Yeah, either call the police to kick them out or do it yourself. Put up a sign saying 'no alcohol allowed on premise' maybe?

Get one of those 'no alcohol' signs and put it up at the shop front. Go religious and say "The owner is a muslim and he won't allow alcohol". If they refuse, you have every right to refuse their money, as you don't want to get in trouble with the owner and the police. If you're really shy, then put up anti-alcohol signs everywhere in the establishment, but at some point, you really have to man up and be firm.

So they stealing or something? You mentioned that you noted a deficit on the deposit. Really if those goons are making a scene and stealing as well as drinking, you'll need to report them to the police.
I do know most regions have stiff/large fines for alcohol consumption without a liquor license. Trick is that your not responsible if hoodlums bring it themselves, cause a scene and they are properly reported. Otherwise you'll be getting fined if they ever get spotted by the police.
If you don't mind cleaning up their mess just ignore them. On deposit being less, not sure. If boss isn't grilling you just let it ride. Don't get yourself in an altercation with a drunk gang of teens over money. Not worth the trouble, unless boss is super hot babe. (I imagine your boss is surly uncle ;p)

Drunk people are known for being idiots and it even worse when it a group of them.

 

Call the police... even if the problem is not resolved at that time, its good to have the presedent of what they did.
