Transmigrator = reader/author who got sucked into novel world and has to play the role of a character in the story, knowledge level depends on how much they read or how much they paid attention to the story or know things about the story Returner = character native to the novel, who gets sent back to an earlier point into the novel with knowledge of the canon events that happens later in the novel. They "return" to the past, hence I like calling this character type a "returner" instead of a "Reincarnator" because in traditional sense someone reincarnated should be something/someone else, and also don't have past life memories because they should have drunk Granny Meng's soup(key words "should have" <_<). An Oddette’s Otherworld Odyssey is pretty good. It’s about this girl who’s transmigrated from another world who just happens to be a bystander in the story (but she’s still hella strong). It’s more like transmigrator vs transmigrator, but one transmigrator knows the plot of the book while the other has a system.
