    I am paying 20$ for my 50mbps with 750 GB cap (though I never reach it lol). Regarding net neutrality...
    It is a modern tendency (ok it is not that modern) for government because more and more people are not that content with their policies. And I am not sure whether emails will help though (well in my country there won't be such service at all).
