Recommendations Netflix Suggestions

I am out of things to watch on Netflix. I have either already seen it or I can't move past the first episode. All in all, I am done with Netflix suggestions. ( It has apparently decided that anything remotely related to Marvel and Superheroes is something I will definitely like. And it's sooo wrong. *damn*)

Anyway, I can't depend on my list anymore. Googling for Netflix Series and Movies is too time consuming and 'not' a sure thing.

So can I have some recommendations?
Any hidden gems or something which you will 'fangirl' around. Something good. Something that makes you say, 'Man, now that's what I call a proper program. '

As for what I like? Honestly?
Anything and everything.
I love watching anything I can get my hands on, as long it makes sense. And can keep up with my short attention span. *shrug*
So Anime, Romance, International, Horror, Scific... Just shoot.

P. s : It will be great if it's not more than 12 ep. Not a must.

Well, I was going to say supernatural, but it has way more than 12 episodes, it has 13 seasons with 22ish episodes per season, so... It's a long haul to catch up.

 

I am never able to stick that long. I dropped all the crazy long animes and serials for the same reason. Lol.

I second the Magicians and Dexter, and i also recommend Voltron and iZombie

 

Personally ive always had a soft spot for mini-series.

There are two scifi mini series with 3 episodes each, called "ascension" and "childhoods end" think they are around 5 year old think they are good stuff if you enjoy scifi. Might not call them the best tv series ever but think they are so far above average that one takes note.
These are finished series that were designed to only be 3 episodes and so they have none of that common tv problem were the series run out of steam and they cant manage to end the series and ur left hanging which might annoy you to not get a clear end years later.

Otherwise think the highest rated tv show on IMDB right now is "rick and morty" a animated tv show with dark humor and aliens and weird science. But odds are decent you already seen it or its not your thing, there is a reason its become a cult show though

Speaking about supernatural you could watch just 2 or 3 seasons and be done with it. At that point original plot was closed and they started milking the franchise.

Btw watch "Fringe" it has a lot more than 12 episodes but it's good.

 

Personally I recommend White Collar the main character is an awesome conman.

That's a relief. Still 22 ep/ season, that's sixty six episodes. Assuming each episode is 45 minutes it's still 49 hours worth of supernatural. Waw.

Let's hope they do not stretch it unnecessarily long. *sigh*

 

To all the boys I have loved before(rom-com movie)

Assuming you have already watched good US/UK series(like the office, breaking bad etc etc), some good international series would be:

Take my brother away(chinese, comedy)
Strong girl bong soon (korean, comedy)

 

Well you could watch nothing but a couple of episodes from the first season if you don't care about overarching main plot line. Most of the episodes have complete structure (in the first seasons at least) and don't leave you hanging on a cliff

 

The Dragon Prince it just came out and it's really good. While it's only 9 episodes, it's still good if you like dragons, elves, and magic.

 

I would suggest you to watch Hold the dark and The angel

 

Black - kdrama, 18 episodes. It’s genres include comedy, drama, mystery, and supernatural. You can try the first episode to see if it grabs your attention.
