    Hello everyone,

I've decided to make a new series of YouTube videos where I go through a short excerpt of Japanese text and explain the meaning, then do a rough translation. I do all this in what I call real-time, meaning I don't do much pre-preparation in advance. I'm focusing on classic literature now (authors like Natsume Soseki), but I may eventually do some passages from light novels.

I still consider this an experimental project, but I am hoping that some people involved in translation (or interested in becoming involved) will find it helpful.

Below is the first video in the series, and I have published two others so far. You can subscribe to my channel to see new ones when they are posted.
