    Yay, the fantasy version of Usagi Drop is getting adapted, I'm a bit happy yet also conflicted due to its potential to bring another controversy.

    Yeah... I'm not going to watch that. I originally like the cuteness in the manga, but when I read the spoilers of how the story ends... I went nope. Can't we just have a proper father and daughter relationship, instead of "I raised my daughter to become my wife"? This is also the reason why I did not bother watching Usagi Drop as well. It's disturbing to marry your own daughter that you raised from childhood to adulthood. I understand if it would be H manga, but both clearly ain't H manga, so it's very unsettling to me. That said, we have another "moe" anime to add the rankings.

    I know this story, it was used as a project for the hot aunt to let her feminine nephew fuck a lot of different girls based on the story, and lastly, her too. The manga even had the same title minus the first name. Alas, it's on hiatus or the translation is yearly slow.

    Yeah I was left extremely sadden at the contradicting title. She was seriously like a daughter. When they snuggled their cheeks together and giggling. Why the hell does she become a love interest? There are so many good JP works we don’t know about but don’t get the chance. My face contorts a little everytime I hear it... just sigh. You know? Imagine Evandel ending up with Hajin... Yeah it’s like that. Lol

    I didn't like this novel vibe at all in handling how their relation change from Father-Daughter to lovers. It is too sudden and really destroyed the whole early fluffy novel premise.

    As a comparison, I pretty much shipping Raphtalia x Naofumi eventhough we got the same relationship change at the novel (Their relationship isn't as easygoing as uchi musume but you got what I mean)

    Welp it was already indicated in the earlier volumes that Latina never thought of Dale as a father or brother but as a man.

    err not that one but genji monogatari aka the tale of genji
    he try to ehem adopt murasaki (da loli) and fall in love with her~

    so personally I'm not surprise about that kind of story

    Indeed. Strangely, majority would accept an incest route, but only IF the couple are of the same age or one is older than the significant other, except said other is of high school or college years. But this! This is another level altogether, because you basically have a couple that is technically incestuous but the other raised said significant other from childhood (weird fantasy biology) to teenage or adult years, and then other marry her/him which implies the other will likely fucked her/him later. When I think about that... what the fuck am I reading? It's equivalent to eating a pet you raised for so many years. Morals! Where are our morals, damn it! This is coming from someone deprave like me (or am I?)!

    True that. I am kind of sad that most raise a girl story have marriage with mc as ending. It's one of the reason I would never read Listen to Me Girls, I am Your Father and other webnovel where the male lead is rising a child. What moe. It's just a lolicon trying to make it sound sweet.

    Can't the author introduce a love interest character for the child?

    Yeah she's pretty vicious herself for using up her status as the daughter to built up her affinity with the man. Realistically speaking there's no way she wouldn't have known she's making use of her status to get close.

    Strange...

    I prefer she gets together with MC then her getting together with some other random dude.
