I just caught up to the latest chap of The Second Coming of Gluttony (not the vip chaps im poor), and damn do I love MCs like him; a kind, caring, and generally a good person for the most part, but a sharpened ice shard when pushed to his limits. The type of MC that can endure humiliation and feeling wronged, but can only endure so much as to absolutely wreck the fags who crossed the line. So yeah, anybody know novels with mcs like him?

The MC acts like a mob character suffering all kinds of humiliation like a mob. Then goes shadow mode and slaughters all who get in his way.
I am the momarch and The Amber Sword have nice mcs, but only in the inside. They're generally merciless, but frequently like to joke around. Im not sure if mc in To Be a Power in the Shadows is even kind.
I kind of hate Tensei Slime since mc faced close to no serious hurdles that stumped him. Except once during his first demon lord transformation or something.
Isaac has been fairly popular. Laid back MC that just wants to enjoy his transmigration in peace, is fairly generous with his friends and subordinates... but has a brutal streak when he's bothered. Translation's a bit on the slow side, unfortunately. Not sure I'd call him kind, though.
Maybe not what you expect, but maybe try it..?? Tyrannical wang's beloved wife, mc is nice, rational and logical, can handle those white lotus(bitches) without too much tears and drama(in bg male lead secretly helping a lot too) the drawback is she kinda lost her IQ for the over bearing black belly male lead, typical for this kind of story...
