It's probably a watching tool, so that Kuti can always look at Lily, regardless of where she is. She said there are two things, so the other is probably one that lets her hear what is said around Lily.
Well, it could also be a special defense mechanism that will protect Lily even if a meteor falls on her head, and a laser gun that will vaporize even an adamantinun wall that tries to crush her... I'm leaning more on the former though.

Well, even bloodbaths will probably be cute on this novel. I mean, the parts of when Annela were younger and met the Jii-chan were quite cute, and they were filled with monsters dying one after the other.

I agree. But the Kuti rabu rabu is far overdone, so I am resisting. Still remains strange to me that Lily's previous incarnation was male, since the story isn't doing anything with it. But it's cute so it's fine?
I guess Lily's attraction to "mofu mofu" on her maids is because of the old man's mentality, but... That's about it I guess. I hope more emphasis will be put on the Gender Bender aspect of the story in due time... Right now it's completely disregarded.
