It's going to depend on the type of ninjas, and what is meant by a parade. Any parade is going to garner some level of attention. A parade of stereotypical ninjas is going to be easy to spot, but if the point of the parade is to be in the spirit of ninjas, you probably aren't going to figure out that it happened.
Were the ninja to hold a parade, I doubt they'd let the word spread. If I and the people around me suddenly started crying in the middle of the street for no reason at all, then I might begin to suspect some onion cutting ninja at work walk.
