I get your point in all this, but from a third party's perspective, you're that delinquent that get's pissed when someone does something they don't like; and Sousetsuka is that calm arrogant young master that basically says he's gonna have sex with your GF and you need to deal with it.

 

They should contact the author of the novel or the publisher because they own all the rights and it's a lot more rude when someone suddenly makes money of another person's work without consulting the proper owner. Previous translators doesn't own any right unless they bought the license or were given permission.
